At all times, including while being stored, prepared, displayed, served, or transported, food shall be protected from potential contamination, including dust, insects, rodents, unclean equipment and utensils, unnecessary handling, coughs and sneezes, flooding, drainage, and overhead leakage or overhead drippage from condensation. 750. 150 Immediate/Onsite

Observed food service employees to be handling ready-to-eat foods without minimizing direct hand contact with the food product. Cup was found in sugar in dry storage area. Food employees shall avoid direct contact with ready-to-eat food whenever possible and, to the extent possible, shall handle ready-to-eat food only with suitable utensils such as a deli tissue, spatulas, tongs, or single-use gloves. 750.280 Next Inspection
14  Observed the following improper food contact surfaces. Cutting board has a lot a knife grooves in them. Provide for all food contact surfaces to be smooth, easily cleanable, non-absorbant, corrosive resistant, and light colored. 750.650 Next Inspection
